Good enough hotel close to beautiful nature

The kitchen- and cleaning staff (EXCEPT the lady in the reception!) were very hard working and friendly. The hotel is located in a rough area, but it is close to very nice places in walking distance. Did not expect much better given the quite low price, but you could argue that the price was high considering the standard. The room we got (after asking for a new one) was good in size

The lady in the reception was not very welcoming and her personality didn’t suit the job. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but we complained about that and they helped us with making them softer with an extra blanket/layer. The breakfast was OK.

No problem

I can't confirm the negative reviews. We got a nice room for the lowest price at the given time and place, everything worked, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine.

The roofs are a bit too low so taller people should pay attention while walking around the bungalows.

For the price okay, but still not a very nice nor clean room.

Great location. Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff friendly. You get two small bottles of water every day :)

All in all OK, not great, but OK. Quiet area (except from the rooster who woke us up way to early every morning). Very close to Diamnod wall of you go there for climbing

Rooms were a bit small and the bathroom had a weird smell from the shower.

Best breakfast and nice rooms.

The breakfast buffet had more than plenty of options. We read before that the breakfast wasn't good but it was actually the best breakfast option we had after staying several months in Asia. They offered coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, fried noodles, rice, vegetables, salad, toast, jam and you could let the staff cook eggs the way you like it. They offered every day different options and it definitely filled us up and was tasty!

The Hotel is not at the swimming beach, but it's close enough to walk and definitely calmer than the busy main beach. The pool could have been nicer maintained, but it was still nice to cool off.

Very good location. Clean room. Good food and bar nearby

If you need any extra pillow or glass, you need to tell them before 5 PM. Else they will not provide the same. We has asked for the same around 7PM. We didn’t get anything

Good rooms, very nice garden.

Helpful, nice staff, I could pay by card. The room was clean, comfortable and much better than I expected. I loved sitting on the balcony and reading there or just listening to the sound of nature. One early morning I saw jumping monkeys on the trees from my balcony which was a very good experience.

A bit expensive. There were only a few beds around the swimming pool and the most of them were broken. :(

Good value option

There were a lot of facilities and the breakfast was great!

Staff were not so helpful. The location is good, but you can’t go to the beach in front of the hotel, you need to go to Railay west, which is not so far (about 10 minutes walking).

Cosy, good value, we came a little early and got one room immediately and second one later.

Mosquito net in window was damaged and we got bitten couple of times during the night.

I totally advice the resort for railey beach you don't need to pay more ;-)

Really friendly experience, so clean and large rooms. Possibility to see monkey around.

Restaurant, too much fancy, and waiter staying behind us during all the diner...

The location of the hotel gives you a nice viewpoint of the...

The location of the hotel gives you a nice viewpoint of the island. There is also monkeys in the evening to watch.

The hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The bed is hard as a brick. The bathroom doesn’t have a separate shower, so everything in the bathroom gets wet.

It was ok but overpriced for the value.

Pretty good location, not too far from the pier and it was a large room.

Smelled STRONGLY of mildew and our neighbor smoked on his balcony late into the night coughing loudly.

The accomodation was nice and the beds were comfy

We had two rooms between myself and my friends and we had bed bugs in both rooms! After the first night of no sleep I had 15 bites, it was an awful night sleep!

Property with nice atmosphere

In general it is a nice Resort in quieter area than the main beach, which we preferred. Lovely swimming pool, nice breakfast. The bungalows were pretty and fitted to the whole area, with a little terrace. The only fact which made the stay not so much comfortable was the cockroaches in the room. (Which might be something more common in that area, but not at all enjoyable especially with small kids)

Really good location and friendly staff. You get what you pay for. If you’re backpacking/ just looking for somewhere to put your head down then it does the job.

Good value good location

The location was good and Railay beach is a lovely area. Nice clean bedding.

The rooms are tired but the cost of the room (Oct £10 per night) was reflective on the quality of room.
